The Dundee University Horror Society is a place for anyone who loves a good scare, from die-hard fans to complete newcomers. We put on at least two film screenings every month, covering everything from cult classics to hidden gems and new releases.
But we’re not just about watching films, we also run workshops, roundtable discussions, and practical effects sessions, giving members the chance to chat about the genre, explore horror’s themes and history, and even try their hand at creating blood, gore, and other spooky effects.
Whether you’re into creepy atmospheres, monster makeup, or just want to hang out with people who share your love of horror, the society is a friendly space to enjoy it all together.
