Overview

A vinyasa flow and somatic energy release workshop to physically and mentally shake off exam stress and release tension. We’ll enjoy an uplifting flow that helps move stagnant energy and help you connect with your breath, restoring harmony within and inviting flow. The practice will include guided movement and breathwork techniques that you can take away with you and re-use when you need a natural pick me up and study break, great for refreshing during a cram revision sesh, or calming nerves before exams! Simple equipment free practices that can be done anywhere, any time. Finished with mindful breathing and meditation, to soothe and calm the body and mind, to return to a relaxed state of wellbeing. A moment to take your mind offline, let go of external pressures, and reset your nervous system. After class, enjoy an iced matcha. More than just a cute drink, matcha contains the perfect mix of adaptogenics that support calm focus and energy. Whether you’re heading back to the library, or making the most of your Saturday.
